We endeavour to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. Below we explain how your order will be processed and delivered.Shipping costsWe cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity required.Delivery when you are away from home or at the post office
If a parcel is delivered to the front door or left at a post office, Amara Avenue has covered the cost of delivering the parcel. If the parcel is not accepted or not collected at the post office, it is automatically returned to the supplier and we are entitled to deduct 15 euros from the amount you receive in return


Dispatch of your orderHave you found the perfect look on our website? Then of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure that your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.Below you will find the average delivery times for all our parcels:- After you have placed your order, we need 1 - 2 working days to process it. During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a little longer.- Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched and takes on average 4 to 6 working days to be delivered.If you have placed an order with us, you will be able to see when your parcel will arrive after just a few days. You will receive your personal tracking code by e-mail, which you can use to track your order via our tracking partner. Defective product?
That's a great pity! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we always deliver a new parcel free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot offer a refund. Does it go wrong the second time? Then we will refund the full purchase price.

Lost parcel?
If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new parcel before proceeding with refunds and returns. If the order has not been received 60 days after dispatch, the order can be refunded.Non-acceptance of parcels
If a parcel is delivered to the front door or left at a post office, Amara Avenue has covered the cost of delivering the parcel. If the parcel is not accepted or is not collected by the post office, it is automatically returned to the supplier. In this case, we will send you a new parcel free of charge. If it is not accepted the second time, we are entitled to withhold €15 from the amount you receive in return.
